Presented by the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment (NABFEME), its subsidiary Women Who Jam! and the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV), “Breaking The Silence in Song” is a theme song competition created to bring more awareness to the fight against domestic violence. This competition was developed to find a “theme song” for NCADV while providing an opportunity for aspiring and established singers and songwriters to have their creative works heard by influential decision-makers in the music and entertainment industry.
