This weekend our good friends and WEEN founders Valeisha Butterfield and Kristi Henderson hosted a Get ‘Em Girls’ Bite In. The menu included: Chicken Satay, Sweet Potato Biscuits w/ Apple Butter, Green Beans, Blue Cheese Salad, Sticky Monkey Bread and Chocolate Toffee Trifle. Here is a picture of me making the Chocolate Toffee Trifle and Jeniece making the Blue Cheese Salad. Valeisha and Kristi, thanks for everything – you ladies are fabulous!
