We were fortunate enough to get our hands on an exclusive copy of Mary's eighth studio album entitled "Growing Pains." THE QUEEN IS BACK! If you have been riding with Mary since "What's the 411?" now is not the time to get off the train. This album will make you dance, sing, cry and testify. For all of you Mary fans who want the scoop on "Growing Pains" read below for the track listing and a synopsis of each song.

1. Work That- If you have seen the new Apple Ipod commercials than you have heard this song. Ladies stop running from the Queen you can be becoming and work what you got!

2. Grown Woman w/ Ludacris- "Now who you talking to baby I'm Grown!" Mary said don't let the Seven jeans fool ya.

3. Just Fine- the lead off track for "Growing Pains" perfectly sets off the tone of the album; fun and fresh.

4. Feel Like a Woman- Ladies we all know there is some days you want to be rescued. You do not want to compete, argue or be in control you just want to feel like a woman.

5. Stay Down- throughout the good and bad, stay down. The drama will not last forever.

6. Hurt Again- We've all been there. You start catching feelings for someone, you want to tell them how you feel... but past relationships have made you vow not to get hurt again.

7. Shake Down w/ Usher- This is a stick up! Hold me tight and don't put up a fight. Mary and "Ursher" are robbing you for your love.

8. Till The Morning- Mary takes us back to the Rooftop Skating rink with this fun free spirit song. Grab your skates and your best dance moves and come party till the morning.

9. Roses- It's just one of those days, we all have them. Mary said sometimes she just needs a hug, because everyday ain't all roses.

10. Fade Away- when the tears are falling, wouldn't it be nice if we all had the power to fade away for a moment; invisibility would be great.

11. What Love Is- Mary sings about her definition of love on this heart felt ballad.

12. Work In Progress (Growing Pains)- Yes Mary has grown from the young girl in the alley singing "Real Love," however she is still a work in progress.

13. Talk to Me- "Ain't no telling lies, ain't no holding back, ain't no tip toeing we to0 good for that!" Mary belts out. Any day, anytime, any hour, talk to me if you want to make things work.

14. If You Love Me? You got to remember the way that you got me, because that's the way you remember the way to keep me. Spend some time, make me smile; enough said Mary!

15. Smoke- Holding on isn't healthy, but it's killing her to let go! Get the smoke out of your eyes girl..lol

16. Come to Me (Peace)- Stay and come to me, I'm here to make peace.
