Index Chopping Boards

For all my counter-space challenged cooks, this is a great way to maximize your cooking and prep area and avoid cross contamination of foods. There's nothing fun about mixing raw foods with veggies...unless of course the emergency room is your secret hang out spot. Available at the Museum of Moder art store (MoMA.org), each plastic board is labeled and color-coded: red/raw meat, white/cooked foods, blue/fish, green/vegetables.
