Seriously, I can't take this $&*@, somebody is going to have to save me. I'm feeling like in any minute Chris Hansen is going to jump out the closet on me and tell me that I'm on Dateline's "Catch a Predator"!
Take me higher Lord! (I heart B. Scott!)

Sucker Free Wednesday: De La Soul, FABO, and Ray-J!
Yo MTV Raps was chock full 'o hip-hop and r&b yesterday. De La Soul stopped through and I must say the years seem to be doing Trugoy good...yum-o *channeling my inner Rachael Ray*! Fabolous stopped through as well, I'm so loving the jacket. Lastly, Mr. "Sexy Can I" himself stopped through as well. Can I just have some fun?

It seems like just yesterday when I use to have time to stop by R & B Live and see shows, but thanks to a PR blast sent to me by my girl Shante at the 135st Agency. I don't feel so bad about being locked in my crib working....
April 2, 2008 (NEW YORK) – Last night at “R&B Live NYC,” Epic Records and Koch Records hosted a memorable night of live music headlined by R&B singer Ray J. Accompanied by rapper Yung Berg, Ray J thrilled the crowd with his current radio hit “Sexy Can I” and sang a few past hits, including “Wait a Minute” and “One Wish.” Yung Berg performed last summer’s smash “Sexy Lady,” while new Epic Records signee Casely sang his single “Emotional.”
Guests in the room included: Epic Records’ President Charlie Walk, Koch Entertainment founder Michael Koch, Koch Records’ Executive VP/GM Alan Grunblatt, Epic Records’ Sr. Director of A&R Brandon Creed, Sony Music Label Group’s EVP of A&R Keith Naftaly, actor Anthony Anderson, DJ Clue, Warner Music Group EVP Kevin Liles, Atlantic Records executive Mike Kyser, BET’s EVP of Music Programming Stephen Hill, BET’s Sr. Creative Director Penny McDonald, Sonja Norwood, and rapper AZ.

Rihanna Loves the Kids!
Rihanna recently took time off her busy schedule to meet and greet with the "Believe" charity event in San Francisco, CA. Funny, I've seen plenty of pictures of Rih-Rih in the blogosphere in the past couple of days, but these didn't make the cut. I wonder why?
